This Div has no padding

In this page all the divs have the same padding.
Even thought here is no body padding, you STILL get scrollbars because the padding has increased the box size beyond 100% AAAAARGH

I can put lots of text in it like this so it overflows the edges. and it still doesnt work !!!

this DIv also has padding-left set to 10px;!! - you can see it is a little better
