Hi, sorry I've not responded in a timely fashion! I meant to investigate but have unfortunately been swept away by work! Hope you found a solution and again many apologies.

Hey there,

you sound like you know a thing or two about Textmate-Bundles, so I have a short question: I'm trying to run JGR (Java Gui for R) instead of R.app.

I tried simply exchanging R with JGR in the script above, but the only thing I get is: "119:120: syntax error: Expected end of line, etc. but found """. (-2741)".

Do you have some idea how to do this?

!!!!WARNING!!!!!! this does it to ALL the sub directories, so its probably better to script something up to just do it for the individual module roots.

Oops, missed this for a year! You can set -R as a flag to the svn propset command which will recursively apply the ignore.

So you could do:

svn propset -R svn:ignore target .

!!!!WARNING!!!!!! this does it to ALL the sub directories, so its probably better to script something up to just do it for the individual module roots.

It still seesm to crash every now and again. I also discovered that it doesnt like the 64bit version of java, so I set jdk 5 32bit to the top in the java preferences pane (Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Java preferences)
